Welcome
Galloping Goose Vineyards are located in northern Carroll County, Maryland. The rolling hills are graced
with 32 acres of vines. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Barbera, Petit Verdot, Chambourcin and Chardonnay make up the majority of the vineyards.
The winery is dedicated to producing small quantities of estate wines, aged in oak with a personal touch. Galloping Goose is a family-run business.
The quaint tasting and gathering rooms are open for wine tasting and tours, most Saturdays and Sundays*, from noon until 5 pm. Special gatherings and events can be planned. Ask about our Barrel Club and Case Club. We invite you to enjoy the wines and relax in this country setting.
*We are closed between Thanksgiving and April 1, except for appointments & special gatherings.
